Once you subscribe to be the admin of a Corporate Membership, you’ll see a new link option on your Membership Details called “Sub Accounts”.

Clicking on that link will reveal the Corporate Account information for that subscription.

You can share the Sign Up URL with anyone on your team who you’d like to subscribe under your membership. Use the clipboard icon to copy it.

  • Yes! We know that things come up. If you need to pause simply follow the following steps:

    1. Navigate to your Account page.
    2. Navigate to the Membership Details tab.
    3. Find the subscription that needs to be paused. 
    4. Click the ‘Pause’ link to the right of that subscription. 
    5. Click ‘OK’ on the Pop-up after verifying the correct subscription has been selected
  • You can update your billing information at any time. On your account page, under membership details, click “update”.
  • Can you download receipts as well. On your account page, under membership details, click “PDF” for the months you want to download.
  • Upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time on the account page. Under membership details, click “Change Plan”.
  • Cancel your membership at any time on the account page. Under membership details, click “Cancel”.
  • After being a member for at least one year, you’re eligible for joining the ambassador program. Apply here.
